| 1. Can I
make an offer on a home and allow myself some time to sell
my current home?
A. ABSOLUTELY – We ask for a contingency offer and a period of time
(typically 60-90 days) to try to sell your current home. Sellers can
accept it or reject it, but usually they allow for it.
2. Can I list my home and try to sell it without risking having to
move if I don’t find the right home first?
A. Again, ABSOLUTELY. We can list your home contingent on you
finding a home of choice.
3. Can you show me homes listed with other companies?
A. I enjoy showing my clients any listing that meets their criteria.
We can schedule looking at
4 homes listed by 4 different companies on the same day and I do all
the scheduling!!
4. Can I buy a home with no money down?
A. It depends on your situation, but there are lenders that are
flexible in the mortgage products they offer. Depending on the
situation, there are ways to get your down payment and/or costs
covered with little or no out of pocket money from you.
5. How can I find out what price I can expect my home to sell for?
A. I can schedule an appointment to visit your home, gather some
information from you and then do a Market Analysis of recently sold
properties that compare to yours. This gives us a range of price
that the home should sell in.
